Unforgettable Positive: We booked to stay here for the few days in the run up to our wedding close by. Friends of ours also stayed and we had the most magical time. The views at the property are incredible. We absolutely loved being able to come together and braai on the patio each night. Everything was perfect. The apartments are fully stocked with glassware utensils etc. We enjoyed our welcome bottle of spier. The pool is amazing. Honestly I could go on and on. We’ve created such special memories here and we will 100% be returning. Thank you!! Negative: Nothing it’s perfect

The term “luxury” feels highly overstated. Positive: We especially loved the beautiful surroundings and the convenient location close to Stellenbosch and several great wineries. The highlight was definitely the stunning view from our apartment. Negative: The apartment was not very clean, with visible stains on the carpet and dirty corners, and even a mouse entering through a large gap under the front door, which opens directly into the kitchen. We also experienced a full day power outage with no proper backup facilities, and despite being promised a partial refund, we never received any response after checkout. Additionally, several facilities around the pool and the property were broken or poorly maintained, making the overall experience feel overpriced and far from what you would expect from a “luxury” stay.

Отпаривали одежду, кипятили чайник, сушили волосы на ресепшене, микроволновкой и стиральной машиной воспользоваться вообще не могли, ходили в душ со свечой, а для хоть какого-то освещения разожгли камин, но дрова купили тоже сами. Это точно не про комфорт. Менеджер, с которым мы общались, обещал сделать нам скидку, но стал нас игнорировать сразу после того, как мы съехали. Так что, если все пройдёт без проблем, вам может здесь понравится. А если произойдет хоть какая-то проблема (судя по отзывам, такое здесь случается), вас просто проигнорируют. Проблемы случаются у всех, вопрос только в том, как менеджер решает это. Здесь сервиса нет.
